This is a super easy, daily journal for fitness and nutrition. I love the simplicity and motivational messsages!Side Note: I ordered two by mistake and the seller REFUNDED MY MONEY NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Amazing customer service and will buy from them again!

I am excited everyday to write in my journal. It maintains a positive twist even if you did not do so well that day on your goal. It has a great layout for sleep, meals, snacks, water, and exercise!

I'm lazy. If something is too much effort, despite all my best intentions, I'm unlikely to continue it. This has spots for all the information you need, but not too much fuss. Perfect food/fitness tracker, and definitely motivates me to do better, and it so simple it takes about five minutes, so even the laziest among us can keep up with it.

Great for covering the basics - recording what you eat for meals and snacks, tracking water intake and daily exercise, and noting how many hours of sleep per night. Works great without all the bells and whistles of pricier journals.

I really like this journal, its super cute! It's just what I was looking for. I like that it's not real bulky either it fits nicely into my purse when I'm traveling or going out to eat.

This journal is simple and concise! Takes me just a few minutes a day to fill in each section! It’s encouraging and helpful in keeping me on track!
