Needed it for a class, was very limited usefulness
Very up-to-date-textbook with real world scenarios. I wanted to purchase this book as an e-book. The great disappointment I have with this book is the publisher chose not to enable "text to speech". I also was about to purchase the Kindle Fire when I discovered the book did not have this feature. Why should I purchase the Kindle Fire or all new generations Kindle if the books I purchase do not have the "text to speech " feature enabled?
First, the book is well organized and easy to follow. It's not technical to the point of incomprehension. However, the author needs to stick to marketing and remove economics and politics (I'm talking mostly about chapter 2). He uses Socialism and Communism interchangeably and at one point even refers to Marxism. With chapter 2 removed it would be fine for school text.
As a college student I've come to appreciate Pearson products over others they are really useful

The book cover is torn as shown in the two pics I attached with this review. This is also for documentation and feedback. I gave a two since it is still useful.
Love the book
The book arrived on time. The quality is pretty good, some of the pages are just very folded. It is a good option if you want a fairly good book and want to feel certain that it will arrive on time.
