This cookbook is clear and well-written. I love the ketogenic diet and save lots of recipes to go with it so it’s terrific to have all the recipes for the Keto lifestyle collected all together in one place. Looking through the cookbook I constantly want to choose a recipe I haven’t tried yet and make it ready for dinner or tomorrow’s breakfast. If I use at least seven recipes per week, this cookbook should keep me busy for seventy weeks or even more. That’s a wonderful deal for such a price! I’ve noticed that there are only a few special ingredients you’ll have to purchase in order to prepare the dishes you have picked and it’s a huge plus for me because I live in the rural area and we don’t have a large variety of foods here in our local grocery stores.
This is THE book to get if you are starting or have been on a ketogenic diet. It's really well done. Beautiful illustrations, a very thorough and comprehensive guide to every aspect of keto you can think of, and also great recipes (all dairy free with the option of subbing in dairy). Even if it had no recipes, I would still highly recommend it. From types of fats/oils, to how to make nut milks, to different types of keto, to what to expect from side effects, etc. Just incredible. I bought another popular book on keto but it pales in comparison.
This cookbook is family friendly, filled with recipes even the picky kids will enjoy a lot. Instructions are perfectly stepped and include detailed directions for every step of the cooking process. I'm so excited to see what this author is going to publish next because I've learned a lot from this cookbook. Unlike some other cookbooks, this one calls for normal ingredients which can be bought locally and this is one of the deciding factors when you love in a small country town.

I think this cookbook is the best ketogenic diet cookbook I've had in a fairly long time. I have already prepared several dishes and followed others just to see how realistic they are. Seems like the author knows his stuff and makes the food preparation process easy and fun for the whole family. I purchased the extra paperback copy of the book for my mother and will definitely continue to try out the recipes I picked primarily.
For anybody interested in the ketogenic diet, this is one of the best cookbooks to have. I'd recommend it to any person wishing to make a radical change for the better because the Keto diet is one of the best diets possible. It fills the body with energy and strength, serves as a clean and healthy fuel. I've been relieved of the stress of dieting thanks to the Keto diet because it's more of the lifestyle than of a diet. I think I've discovered a natural lifestyle that I can do for the rest of my days. Of course, I'll need more cookbooks as time goes by but this one is enough for now. You should learn to pay attention to what the body is saying and follow the chosen path.
